Shipping Policy 

ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP

2219 N Grand, Enid, OK, United States, Oklahoma

Orders can be picked up during our normal business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 7 business days using USPS. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders of $75 or more ship for FREE to any US address. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather interruptions or other events and shipping refunds will not be given. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer shipping anywhere outside of the USA. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise (some exclusions apply, please read our full return policy here)  up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, for STORE CREDIT ONLY minus the shipping costs for the original shipment. We do not cover return shipping costs. All shipping fees are final sale and non refundable.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@kendrakays.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
